Nikon has just introduced its new SLR versatile D5000 equipped with a DX 12 megapixel sensor, an articulating screen and offering 720p HD video recording. For the latter function will be content simply a recorded sound in mono and shooting without autofocus. Nevertheless, fans can count on the integrated HDMI output while recording HD video is not the main weapon of the device given the competition (Canon EOS 500D).
